Craft Vendor Rules:

 

This is an outdoor festival and will be held rain or shine. Festival hours are 11 AM – 11 PM. Vendors can enter the park for setup between 8-10 AM. The vendor is responsible for providing their own tables, tents, and/or any other setup equipment.

 

There will be no access to electric power, but vendors may be able to use a generator for an additional fee, pending approval from the vendor coordinator. Vendors can begin to tear down at 5 PM. We recommend packing up while there is still natural light since artificial light in the park is limited. Vendor spaces will be roughly 10’ X 10’ and are limited due to the size of the park. 

 

Vendors are allowed themselves and one extra person (2 people total) to be admitted at the gate. If you require more people than that, they will each be required to pay the festival admission fee.
